El objetivo es reforzar el circuito econ\u00f3mico local, garantizar la trazabilidad del producto y destacar la calidad y frescura del pescado de proximidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los establecimientos adheridos se comprometen a comprar producto de las lonjas de Catalu\u00f1a, identificarlo en la carta con el distintivo \u201cPeix de Llotja\u201d y participar en acciones conjuntas de promoci\u00f3n impulsadas por los GALP catalanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cambio, los restaurantes recibir\u00e1n el sello visual para exponer en el local y en las cartas, as\u00ed como presencia en la web y en las redes sociales del GALP Costa Daurada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Grupo de Acci\u00f3n Local del Sector Pesquero Costa Daurada impulsa el nuevo sello \u201cPeix de Llotja\u201d, una iniciativa que quiere poner en valor el pescado fresco del litoral en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3n.
