Tambi\u00e9n aparecen las adicciones, la fe, la relaci\u00f3n con June Carter y aquel Chica Boom que suena como un tren avanzando por la Am\u00e9rica profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que tiene esa fuerza subterr\u00e1nea, esa profundidad, esa cosa que se desborda.\u201d \u2013 Cinta Olivan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los hilos conductores del di\u00e1logo es la capacidad de Johnny Cash para cantar desde el margen: en las c\u00e1rceles, a los pobres, a los vencidos, a los que arrastran culpa o oscuridad. De Folsom Prison Blues a Man in Black, el programa muestra c\u00f3mo Cash hizo del negro una declaraci\u00f3n moral y de su voz una forma de empat\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conversaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se adentra en la etapa final con Rick Rubin, cuando el artista se despoja de todo artificio y convierte versiones como I See a Darkness, Redemption Song o Hurt en aut\u00e9nticos testamentos emocionales.
